Sandwiches with figs and goat cheese
Sweet figs and salty cheese are a perfect duo. Even more so when combined with spicy bread with chili. The dot over the "i" in this recipe is balsamic glass. You will fall in love with these sandwiches from the first bite.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Fine Grain Bread with chili Beak Beak
- 60 g of soft goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of chopped herbs (mint, basil, thyme)
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 3 ripe figs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
Instructions:
Mix the goat cheese with yogurt, olive oil, and chopped herbs. Season the resulting cream with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the figs into small pieces.
Spread the goat cheese cream on the bread slices, arrange the figs on top, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve immediately after preparation.
