INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices of Beak Beak Pure Grain Bread with rye sprouts
- 100 g canned chickpeas (weight after draining)
- 1 teaspoon curry paste
- 4 radishes
- Half a green cucumber
- 100 g red cabbage
- 50 g of your favorite salad mix
- 100 g hummus
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Basil leaves for decoration
HOW TO PREPARE:
- Pour the chickpeas into a heated pan, add the curry paste, and stir. Fry for 3 minutes and transfer to a plate.
- Slice the radishes and cucumber, finely chop the cabbage.
- To the bowls, add salad, vegetables, hummus, and roasted chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle the top with salt, and sprinkle with basil leaves. Serve the Bowl with Pure Grain Bread.
